Hung Tunglu was born in Taiwan in 1968 and graduated from the Tainan National College of the Arts. He has had numerous solo exhibitions including “Hung Tunglu” (China Art Seasons Gallery, Beijing, China, 2006) “Hung Tunglu” (Galerie 75 Faubourg, Paris, France, 2006), “Hung Tunglu” (Karma, Lin & Keng Gallery, Taipei, Taiwan, 2004), “Nirvana” (Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Taipei, Taiwan, 2002), “Hung Tunglu” (@-May Cyberspace, IT Park Gallery, Taipei, Taiwan, 2002), “Hung Tunglu” (Marco Noire Gallery, San Sebastiano, Italy, 2002), “Mangas and Contemporary Art by Hung Tunglu” (University of Quebec, Hall-Ottawa Art Gallery, Canada, 2002), “Hung Tunglu” (456 Gallery, Manhattan, New York, USA, 2001) and “Barging into Heaven” (Shin Leh Yuan (New Paradise) Art Space, Taipei, Taiwan, 1997).
